Originally from Maryland and raised in Delaware, I embarked on an enriching journey of personal and professional growth at Arizona State University, where I pursued a degree in Construction Management. It was during my time in college that my passion for health and fitness blossomed, igniting a lifelong commitment to well-being and vitality. Upon graduation, I ventured westward to California, where I continued in on my professional career and, more importantly, laid the foundation for a beautiful family. California became not just a place of work, but a cherished home where I found balance between professional endeavors and personal fulfillment.
