Ocean View Apartments is a 30-unit, 5 story residential apartment building, type IA and VA. AW Consulting Partner is currently working with the developer through pre-construction including design coordination, GC bid review and negotiation, contracts, schedule and construction logistics. The AW team is excited to partner with our client to help get this development off the ground.
